As we all work very hard to overcome this second wave of COVID-19, the Government of Quebec cannot afford to deny tens of thousands of people access to care. If public health is indeed a top priority, healthcare should be accessible to everyone, without exclusion: it is a fundamental right.<\/p>\n
The COVID-19 pandemic affects and disrupts many aspects of our lives. However, it has been shown that its impacts are even greater for people experiencing vulnerability and marginality, particularly for those who, due to their precarious immigration status, cannot access Quebec\u2019s health insurance plan.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n
