Médecins du Monde Canada allows you to benefit from a combined tax credit covering both federal and provincial levels. In Quebec, this credit reaches 35% on the first $200 of donations in the year, then up to 53% on the portion exceeding $200.
Combined tax credit (federal + Quebec): 35% on the first $200 of donations, then up to 53% beyond that and up to 58.75% for income taxed at the highest marginal rate.
