MdM Canada ensures the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the personal information provided. We rely on our donors, members, partners, candidates, volunteers, and subscribers to provide accurate information and to inform us when updates are required.

Upon request, MdM Canada provides information about its personal information management practices. MdM Canada also ensures that its employees and volunteers are made aware of personal information protection issues and can respond to requests or forward complaints to the designated officer.
Access, Correction, or Withdrawal of Consent
To access your personal information, correct it, or withdraw your consent, the individual concerned must submit a written request to the Personal Information Protection Officer at MdM Canada.
The request must be sufficiently detailed to allow for the authentication of the requester’s identity. MdM Canada will normally respond within 30 days, in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector. Nominal fees may be charged for requests involving a large volume of information.
Written notification will be provided if the requested information is not under MdM Canada’s custody or if access must be denied for legal or regulatory reasons.
Your Recourse Before the Commission d’accès à l’information
If you are not satisfied with how MdM Canada has handled your request—particularly in the case of no response or an unsatisfactory response—you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information for a dispute review.
